Our experience with PODS was great. Excellent communication. Our driver Mat was courteous and professional, and got the POD into a pretty tight spot twice. I recommend!

Everthing was great on the Edmonton end. I instructed a lady to ship the pod east to Halifax asap but it sat in Edmonton for 7 to 8 days until i called to inquire about a delivery date. Once it got here i inquired about a delivery date and was told via email the 6th of June. Pod didnt arrive till the 9th. When i reached out to the lady who told me June 6th she did respond even thoughshe open the emails. This was unacceptable. Own your mistake and move on.
