We finally unloaded the last pod and Ray was very professional and timely assisting us with the pickup of the pod. Ray was very communicative when working with us on pickup times and estimated time of arrival’s. It made this experience much easier using the pods and thanks to Ray for providing an amazing service.
Ordered 2 pods for our move. Drivers are courteous and helpful. Ray took time to place the pod just right where we wanted it. Pods are clean and easy to work with,
Byron did a wonderful job communicating around the drop off and working with a slight hiccup in POD placement. Great job!
Ray's communication was top notch. He advised me when was heading my way and how long it will take to get here. He called again to let me know he was 10 mins away. Also thank you for turning the POD to the direction we needed it. You dah man Ray.
