Their drivers were all very professional, efficient, and fast. And that is the only reason I gave PODS two stars instead of only one. Their CHAT feature is totally useless and a waste of time. Their customer service SUCKS rotten eggs. And, their Wait Times between the order and the service is FAR TOO LONG!
Marion and Ray delivered the pod and picked up the pod on time and very professional.
Ray was great today and made the drop off of the POD extremely easy. Extremely friendly and efficient. Dropped it right where I wanted to go!
