These guys were friendly and helpful. They communicated well and my experience was way better here than at the other end of the move.
My Pod was all ready to go. The guy working was super helpful even though he was very busy. Really nice and patient with us. Got us all checked out and closed my account once we were finished.
I really appreciate the excellent service from the PODS team, especially Scott at Hardin valley storage center! Due to my own mistake, I didn't leave enough empty space in the parking area, so my scheduled pickup couldn't be completed. Scott was incredibly patient, understanding, and supportive throughout the entire process. He helped me quickly fix the missed pickup schedule and handled everything efficiently and professionally.
