I have a really long, crazy driveway that goes up a hills with twists and turns along the way. I was actually concerned that the POD would not be able to be delivered to my house and I would have to carry everything a quarter mile up the driveway. But Ray, who dropped off the POD, and Myron, who picked it back up far exceeded my expectations and managed to get it all the way to my garage and down again. They also communicated their arrival 30 minutes prior so I could be prepared. Highly, highly recommend.
Had a problem with drop off and we are having to repair a section of our driveway but the pickup by Myron was perfect
Myron was great, he did a quick and amazing job getting the pod right where we wanted it.
Used PODS, as promoted by Costco, for a cross-country move. From the first phone call to the last contact, the experience was terrific. All drop-offs and pick-ups happened as promised. We completely loaded the container and nothing was broken (inside of POD has strapping hooks). I rely on the recommendation of Costco as a trusted resource.
Myron drove our pod to us today. Great, professional delivery!
