The PODS transportation/delivery drivers were nothing but amazing. I had Grey today and he was in and out within no more than 10 minutes which is great since we live on a busy street. As great as all of our delivery drop off and pick up drivers have been, the call center team was tough to work with. Coordinating a 2-city move with 2 different containers was not easy and made more difficult by the call center. The local teams made up for the poor service from the call center.
This has to be the worst company to use with moving. I have done nothing but go back and forth regarding my container and nobody has been helpful what so ever. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. If it would allow me to give them no stars I would.
We are currently using pods for a move. It has been so frustrating and under no circumstances, as of right now, could or would I ever recommend them to anyone. I have spent hours on hold and calls trying to work out details. Getting them to pick up and deliver our pod has been nothing but frustrating. Within this last year I also used Upack which was easy, realiable and transparent, and I would definitely recommend Upack.
Each of our driver’s called and communicated their time frame and was on time. They were polite and friendly.
Local service in Knoxville good, delivered and picked up as scheduled. Unfortunately because of a miscommunication, at our end, the driver took my traffic cones. Called back driver 3 minutes after leaving, no answer second call to VM full, no response to text messages. On hold with PODS customer service for over an hour, only to be disconnected without any communication. Disappointing, but consistent with PODS communication throughout this cross country move.
