Kieth was great and had lots of tips that save our hides
We had one driver, that was fantastic. Keith 49312, he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He was courteous and chatted, but was efficient and still concerned about getting the job done right. He dressed for the PNW even though he came up from CA to support the company.
1st Class! Keith 49322 is very meticulous and knowledgeable. I've moved more than 10 times as a Marine and retiree and I can say PODS is the best experience I've encountered.
I have contracted with PODS for a pod for an overseas move. My driver, Keith, was courteous and friendly. He called first to let me know he was on his way. When he dropped off the pod, he showed me how to operate it and gave me tips on packing. I feel well taken care of by the PODS company.
In general the drivers have been excellent. In particular Keith 49312 to provided outstanding service. He delivered to my new home 4 times. He was always on time and very was very efficient in picking up and delivering my pods. My experience with the PODS in scheduling was only fair. I booked a POD, but was only told on the day of delivery that the POD representative was not authorized to book the pod. This booking caused me to incur additional moving expenses.
