Terrible. On top of not arriving when they stated (I called the night before and confirmed with them), the driver also damaged property by driving thru the corner of the lawn. The driver was upset with me when I asked him to face the pod door toward the house. He argued that I specifically asked for the door to face the road. I have the copy of the chat with PODs where they confirmed the door would face the house. We had an excellent experience with PODS. We moved from MO to WA and everything went exactly according to plan. All interactions with them on the phone and in person were friendly, professional, and they really make a point of confirming all details so that there are no surprises. After we filled the container and it was picked up, we changed our mind about the destination and they were able to accommodate that no problem. I had a very disappointing experience with PODS in Everett. I scheduled a move and was under the impression that the container would remain accessible in the parking lot until I confirmed it was ready to be taken. No one told me otherwise. When I went into the facility to talk about it, the associate I spoke with was condescending and rude. He said, “that’s what you get for assuming,” and basically accused me of lying about what I’d been told. He didn't seem willing to want to even provide a solution.
