ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE PODS. I have used them three times, and after this disaster, never again. The driver flat-out refused to deliver my container to the storage facility — even though I had called ahead, confirmed it was allowed, and PODS had delivered there before without any issues. I gave the driver *two* clear options for where to drop off in the parking lot, and he still refused.
