Larry dropped off our POD and was very professional and friendly even with 103F that day. He called ahead and made sure to review where to drop the POD. Great service!
PODS is the way to go when moving! Larry picked up the POD after we emptied it and was great!! Will definitely be using PODs the next time we move!!
Terrible company. They lie to you about the prices and then charge you more. After speaking to customer service multiple times they lie about listening to the recording saying the quoted prices I got were incorrect, despite showing them the receipt with the original price. They refuse to give me a refund and then charged me 420 MORE dollars at the end of it. So I ended up paying over 700 dollars more than they quoted me for.
