Customer service is trash. They will claim to not be able to deliver your pod without getting a second opinion and they hold up your money for days before returning it to your account. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
Their automated phone service doesn't seem to have an option to dial with someone. The daily 'Action Required' via email to confirm my appointment is very annoying. I'm ready for the delivery. I was ready for it the day I placed the order. How many times do I have to confirm, and may I please speak to a person so we can get all the 'required action' taken care of at once.
Had a great experience using pods. The drivers were fantastic and very helpful with making the pod placement the best and most convienent.
