Do not use PODS. I told them 3 times to come get there pod. Over 3 months. They sent out 3 drivers to get there pod. They said because it’s on grass they were scared to get stuck. That is were the original driver dropped it. And there was no fear of getting stuck. I talked to several managers and still nothing. Then they wanted to charge me for it sitting there for 3 months. Getting a pod or something similar is so essential since I’m pregnant and cannot sit in a long U-Haul ride to New York. Where I live is 13 miles outside of their radius. 13 miles… so you’d assume they’d be able to make an exception. Especially since they’d be getting $4k from us. My partner is working and settled in New York and I’m in Texas trying to find a trust worthy solution to move my belongings. Great service from the people of PODS from the sales associate to the drivers. I like packing my own goods and this has been the best way I've moved cross country.
