My driver David was very courteous and thorough. He was considerate of my property and minimized any obstructions of the roadway for my neighbors during the loading process. I would highly recommend Pods
Will nickel and dime you to death. Moved from Ohio to Florida. Upon agreeing to my final cost with their representative via the phone, I have been charged an addition $239 for the storage container (because they could not deliver on time) and $114.64 for the container to go to Clearwater, FL and not directly to the Post St Lucie facility where I live. Very convenient, the staff did a great job and was courteous.
PODS in general has been a great experience. We loved the flexibility of being able to move at our pace and reschedule when things didn't go as planned on our end. Customer service has been excellent every step of the way and absolutely outstanding on the receiving end with our delivery driver, David. The door was jammed and could only open enough for me to shimmy inside. He held it open while I adjusted a chair that was the cause of the jam and was so reassuring as I sure didn't want to get stuck inside in the Florida heat.... read more
