Whole new experience for me with the out is state move necessary. Originally smooth with pod arrival & getting organized to pack .Pick up in Ct smooth .BUT delivery to FL was delayed. Thought they had lost pod ?? Expected on a Saturday but arrived on a Monday . All agents on Telly were patient and helpful . Not getting call backs was stressful but smoothed out . All drivers were smooth .Especially Mike in Florida . Hopefully not moving again but would recommend POD to others Thank you Shirley K
Kyle was awesome. Called before arriving, explained everything. He did the delivery so easily, helped me out tremendously. Best world class customer service. Thank you Kyle for everything.
Kyle did a great job dropping off the POD! We ran into an issue with the site that held him up (no fault of his) and he was extremely patient! Offered to answer any questions and was professional.
