I have used POD services twice. The drop-off and pick-up processes have been seamless. Both drivers, Tom and the first driver I failed to get his name, were excellent. Both were very polite and precise.
Kyle was awesome! He put the pod right where I wanted it, made sure I could get it open and was good to go. Very accommodating. Called me ahead of time and verified the delivery and thank god he did because the order had the pod going the wrong way. He corrected it and it allowed me to get that pod cleared inside of 4 hours! I'm a happy camper.
Awesome delivery. Kyle showed great skills and maneuvering on a quite busy street. Clean work, professional and friendly.
Kyle was fantastic. The Pod was placed exactly where I wanted it. He is very Safety conscious. The dude knows what he is doing. Score 100%.
