Had a 16 ft pod delivered today. Have never had a better experience.Tom the deliveryman was extremely cordial and explained everything in great detail. Asked to have pod repositioned and he did so willingly. Great employee to represent the company.
Mike not only picked up a full POD but then he dropped off a new empty POD. I’ve said this before. This procedure should be an Olympic sport because it is not something that is easily done. Thank you for making my move with PODS so easy!
Tom did a great job working with me on placement of the unit. Very fast and efficient! Friendly and helpful, as well. Certainly made it a very easy experience.
