So far, my experience using PODS has been exceptional…the ordering process was lengthy (over an hour on the phone), but our move is cross-country and we’re moving to a rural location, so a lot of time was spent confirming directions and location to make sure everything was correct. I am pcs to another base out of state and Mike from pods came with the container and set it up just how I needed it in my driveway. Very timely and professional all the way to the pick up day of the container. I was informed all the way through the whole process and Mike kept to the schedule that was sent out and sometimes even a bit earlier. Definitely recommend this service to any military family that will be moving during PCS season.
