We had our Pod delivered today, and the process was so smooth thanks to Tim Lewis! He is a master at controlling the hydraulic lift system. We had him place the Pod in the curved driveway extension. He navigated this smoothly with no damage to the grass or driveway. After he delivered the Pod, he inspected and sweeped it, even going above and beyond to make sure the dirt/dust didn't get onto the driveway. Picked up Pod after flooded basement was restored. Driver Tim Lewis (Cedar Rapids) did a great job, he was efficient and quick and safe!
We used PODS to move across state lines. When it came time for final delivery of the PODS containers, Tim was very conscientious in calling when he was en route and gave ETA expectations every time. He placed them with care and exactly where we asked.
Jon was friendly and efficient! I had the Pod moved a short distance and he had it completed very quickly.
