Drivers were prompt, courteous and thorough when dropping off and picking up!
Had no issues with the drivers, but holy cow I am having a nightmare with billing issues. We were quoted $600 for our move which we had agreed and paid. However we were erroneously billed for an additional month of storage on the day our pod was picked up with was an extra $260 which we did not agree to, but they billed it automatically. I called them on the Monday that occurred, and they said they’d open a case as it shouldn’t have happened, and waited until Friday and noticed I hadn’t been refunded yet.
