Had no issues with the drivers, but holy cow I am having a nightmare with billing issues. We were quoted $600 for our move which we had agreed and paid. However we were erroneously billed for an additional month of storage on the day our pod was picked up with was an extra $260 which we did not agree to, but they billed it automatically. My personal experience with PODS was very satisfying. The convenience of having a portable storage unit delivered right to my driveway made the entire moving process much easier. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to pack at my own pace, without the pressure of a ticking clock. Additionally, the customer service was exceptional, providing assistance whenever I had questions or needed guidance. Overall, I would highly recommend PODS to anyone looking for a hassle-free moving solution.
The entire experience of PODs from the beginning to end has been nothing but amazing. Mark (POD delivery driver) just dropped off my POD and stayed to answer all my questions.. even offered advice! I’ve been so nervous about moving but the PODs team has made me feel so so confident about the experience. Mark today was another reason why I will continue to promote this service and company!!!!
