Horrible Experience.... Nothing but stressful.... ordered a 16 ft, they couldn't move it from our old house to our new house, it had to go to their storage facility, and was supposed to be delivered to our new house the next day, as soon as they picked it up, they changed the delivery date to the day before they could charge me again for another month. Customer service was no help, and the delivery guys, when they finally delivered it, placed it on the backside of our apartment building so we had to carry all of our stuff ar... read more
I really appreciated the helpful and personable people I dealt with during my move. Everyone was pleasant and my Pod was dropped off and picked up on schedule.
The service they provide is great but trying to communicate with their customer service is both infuriating and painful at the same time
Danny & Gary from PODS, Roanoke, were so nice and really know how to drive! Our new home has a driveway that is long and pretty steep. Danny backed those loaded PODS in with amazing skill. And then he and Gary picked them up and drove them out of here like pros. Really nice to meet people who are such experienced drivers and so friendly. They made our move happen as planned and that took a load off our minds as such a stressful time.
