The Pods driver, Jonathan, was very helpful in explaining how the pod would be situated and the best way in which to load the pod for the use I needed. He was quick and effective, offloading the pod to the exact placement I had wanted. Was very easy and pleasant, would highly recommend.
I had an absolutely phenomenal experience with PODS! From the first person I chatted with on the phone (Frank in Florida) to the POD being delivered in Colorado (the CO guys did great, I just didn't get their names), loaded, picked up, delivered to me in VA (thanks Jonathan) to it being picked up (Thanks Danny). The entire process was smooth. All if the PODS guys communicated well and set great expectations. THANK YOU!!
Jonathan did a superb job both dropping off the empty container and then picking it up fully loaded. He was on time, personable and explained to me what he was doing. He executed the mechanics (if that’s what it I’d called) with finesse and accuracy. It was no easy task to avoid the tree branches and shrubs. Wow!!! Jonathan is a treasure. Anyone who is lucky enough to have him deliver your PODS, should consider themselves fortunate.
Driver Gary was professional and on time. Good experience.
