Gary S with PODS Roanoke wisely navigated a tricky driveway and retrieved our POD without causing any damage to driveway, trees or yard. PODS drivers were courteous and prompt on both sides of my move from CO to VA.
From planning to delivery the staff at PODs have been courteous, friendly, and professional. Turns out Jonathan, my drop off driver, is a nearby neighbor. Small world indeed. Highly recommend PODs as a moving and storage service.
I had terrible experience ordering PODs. First, no one from PODs warmed me that I need a street permit for them to drop the PODs in front of my house. On the delivery date the driver won’t come and drop the POD. This mess up my moving schedule. I was extremely stressful because I need to move out from the house in one week. I called U Pack. The drivers in Roanoke, VA are very professional, amicable and attentive to one's needs. They are very accommodating; and it is evident that each takes pride in his job. They take the time to talk to the customers and are assuring that they they take care of and store your property well. One does not have to worry about property damage, for they handle the containers with care.
