Wow! What a pleasure dealing with your driver Rick! Rick embodies the full meaning of a customer service representative! He was courteous and helpful in facilitating the removal of our Pod unit we had for nearly two years. He graciously accepted the challenges in removing this pod that was now in a difficult location. Fantastic service and friendly personal!
We had a fantastic experience! Communication was great especially from our driver Jonathan. We had a hiccup (totally our fault) and they worked with us to fix it without us having to drive there. Would use them again!
