PODS has been our go to through 2 large moves. Great company and excellent customer service. Drivers have all been fantastic and very personable. I will use them again in the future!

Waste of money! I booked delivery to my house not the warehouse an hour away. After much aggravation, the PODS was delivered to my house for a large fee. I spent a fortune getting my stuff to my new house. I should have just used a mover. It would have been much cheaper. Shout out to all the delivery drivers though. Everyone in each state was friendly and helpful. Extreme care of my possessions and property.

Overall PODS experience was quick and efficient PODS outlined everything, and was always there to assist with any questions or re-schedules They made it super easy to reschedule pick-ups and drop-offs without any fees or questions, as long as there was a 24 hour window before the currently scheduled date. I rescheduled my POD pick-up many times without any issues. Their schedule was always accurate, no one showed up late or missed their scheduled day. I got my quote and the price seemed fair so we decided to use them for our move from SC to VA. Delivery of empty pods and transport went great. The drivers were great. Delivery in VA went smooth as well, except I was billed four times more then stated on my original confirmation. And there was no change in location. When I did original quote I provided city,state because that is all the customer service representative asked for. When I added in my street the price went from $137 to $465 per pod (we had 2).
