I was charged more than i supposed to pay. I went to get my new insoles and the price was $650. The receptionist said $650, i paid by card. Later on I noticed, i was charged $6.50 more as a surcharge, $656.50 total. I found this petty extra charge unfair. Why you have to charge customers more, this shop isn’t cheap as it is. If you the business is not willing to pay the surcharge to the bank, just put in the price say the insole is $660, simple. Why you have to punish the customers if they pay by card? I’ve had excellent treatment from Podiatry First and can’t recommend them and Mo enough! I got plantar fasciitis in 2021, couldn’t walk pain-free for awhile. I did a couple of shockwave therapy sessions for 1.5 years (from weekly to fortnightly to monthly to once every 2-3 months), got custom orthotics, and did regular foot exercises at home which made the pain go away. My son had surgery on both big toes due to ingrown toenails. Mo and the team at Podiatry First we excellent; both clinically and from a patient care perspective.
Mo did a great job fixing my plantar fasciitis tear and achilles tear. He is also a great guy to deal with.
Dr Moe was amazing! I was in a lot of pain and he was able to diagnose my problem in my first appointment. His solution of strapping my feet changed my life and then added in orthotics. Very professional and knowledgeable could not recommend enough. Kate Millar
