I took my daughter to get an ingrown nail check out. The doctors did a great job and helped relieve her pain. We gave the staff with our insurance information and made a copayment. We never received a bill or statement. A year later we received a letter from collections for my daughter (a college student) for $400+. I contacted the office multiple times (10) and was I told that somebody would get back to me to help figure the situation out. Nobody ever called.
