I don't know what the other reviewer ran into on his visit but I have nothing but high praise for the staff and doctor who I saw on my visit (10-10-16). The receptionist/assistant was nothing but friendly and professional. I also watched her deal with two other patients and she was as pleasant to them as she was to me. PLEASE READ - as I do not want this to reflect up the physicians. This has to do with the receptionist. It was bad enough that I turned and walked out. I went thru US Army Infantry boot camp in the 80's and my drill sergeants had better bedside manners. Nurse Ratchet had better manners. I went here in need of some help today (Sept 13th 2016) and the one receptionist was so rude and rough that I just finally lost it and told her to forget it - I'd go elsewhere - which as far as I could tell was just what she wanted.
