Erika, the receptionist, greeted me warmly when I arrived and efficiently checked me in. My wait time for the Medical Assistant, Asma, was less than 3 minutes. She showed me into the examine room and proceeded to take some medical information from me to enter into the chart. She was friendly and courteous. After about 5-10 minutes, Dr. Domek, entered provided care, patiently answered any questions I had and instructed me on my care at home. Dr Truncale and her staff are excellent.Asma assistant and front desk Erika are all so helpful. If I need of foot care give them a call . Helped me with foot care.
I have been seening Dr. DOMEK for1 year now at Podiatry of Chicago, to me she is Awesome , she is very friendly & kind& very Knowledgeable in her Field of work, when I ask her Questions she takes her time and explains everything to me so I can understand what she needs to help me improve my Medical needs, Her Staff Consists of 2 women ASMA & ERIKA they are fabulous Kind & Friendly & hardworking they are always Happy to Assist you while you their they treat you like Family
Today was my first visit at Podiatry of Chicago. I live nearby and drive past daily but have been too scared to make an appointment for my painful toe nails. From the intake phone call with Erika, being reassured and laughing with the medical assistant Asma (and she gave me 2 suckers!) and Dr. Truncale being patient with me and answering all my questions till the moment I left I felt welcomed and well cared for. Thanks everyone! And I’ll be back :)
