Don't bother they are booked up and its a business they could care less.... Why have a web site if it takes 3 months to get help? You have parents with Alzheimer's and they say 3 months to cut their nails.... Pointless site, almost scam worthy. Ask for help or any advice, nope. Seems like they really care. No referrals just Government numbers. Don't waste your time like i did... id give 0 stars if possible.
My daughter has had really painful ingrown toe nails and we have been seeing Anna. Last week she did an ingrown nail surgery on both of my daughter’s toes. Anna reassured my daughter that everything was going to be ok and took her step by step during the whole process and made her feel very comfortable as she was very nervous. Anna rang my daughter the next day to check in on her and it made my daughter feel better knowing that she could ask Anna loads of questions.
