I waited almost a year for surgery and once Maryland allowed elective surgery, I scheduled. Due to COVID I had to cancel my procedure 7 days prior to surgery instead of the 10 day notification required by this office. I called on Friday but the office was closed so I had to wait until following week which put me 7 days out. I was charged a $100 cancellation fee which would not be applied to the surgery needed at a later date. I requested a waiver for the fee and was told the fee would stand and I would incur the loss. We love Dr. Goldstein! She has seen myself, my husband, and 2 of my 3 kids. She is excellent and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. She has even helped my elderly Mom who was visiting from out of town on a moments notice. The office staff is always friendly and accomodating. Love Dr. Goldstein and her entire office!
Love Dr Lance. He is awesome! Only bad thing I will say, he likes the Giants ha!
She was nice enough but gave me little options for my painful hammer toe. Basically she gave me prescription Tylenol and sent me on my way. Orthotics weren't an option because my insurance didn't cover them. My shoes are perfectly fine and fit perfect. She didn't even tell me that CVS had items that are specifically for hammer toe to relieve the pain. Xrays were useless. I will find someone else for a 2nd opinion.
