I went to get my toenail removed..I had to get many shots to number it.was so painfull almost past out was breathing so fast.people could here me out in office.Dr said it's gratifying to remove toenails.I would think there would be more of a sensitivity from her to try and make me more comfotable..Got no pain medications no antibiotics said take Tylenol and see urgent care if is painfull.4 days after whole time is still oozing am in severe pain.Cant even go into a dr to see it.Be cause drs dont care enough to see you and mak... read more
Went in for an X-ray.....best x-ray technician I've ever met. Most people want to see their x-rays and he offered even without me asking. That's what most humans want and so he gets an A+. He also asked me where I parked and I told him out back and he personally escorted me through the break room into the back parking lot because I had a very sore foot. Save yourself time and choose another health service provider. Not the friendliest environment as the staff makes you feel like you are an inconvenience starting from the reception area to the patient room. I get healthcare professionals are stressed and overbooked, but it doesn't take much energy to demonstrate compassion. I can't imagine what the experience is like for non-English speakers. Just go somewhere else.
Was scheduled for an appointment but was told to come un 30 minutes early for paperwork. I get to the office 30 minutes prior and no paperwork was needed from me. I sit and wait and another patient walks in at about my appointment time and verbally tells the office staff he is early for his appointment but is almost immediately escorted into a room. Assistant (Reggie) is upbeat and Dr. Padma was very knowledgeable. (They don't do foot orthotics themselves, but they'll refer you to one.)
