RecommendedWords cannot express how strongly I recommend Podiatry Centers Memphis and Dr. Brian Kiel! From the office staff to the Medical Assistant all the way to Dr. Kiel the care and service has been perfect. Dr. Kiel did Bunion and Hammertoe surgery on me a few days ago. I had some pretty severe pain, which was to be expected, but it got out of hand on Day 2. Dr. Kiel had given me his personal number but I hesitated to bother him. Dr Kiel and his staff are very professional and you’re in and out real quick,no waiting around for your appointment.
Dr. Kiel is not the kind of Dr that have you waiting for 15 mins or more. If your appointment is 10:00 am you're in the back no later than 1 min. I'm not saying this to boost his business up. It's the truth
I just finished my last checkup on my foot after a month and a half of follow up appointments. This was the best experience ever! Dr. Kiel was amazing, and so was his staff! I never waiting more than a few minutes. Was always seen and done quickly, and everyone was so friendly and caring. I hope I do not have to go back for years to come, but I know that I will be well taken care of if any foot needs arise. Thank you so much for making this experience great!!
