Yesterday me and my wife went for a regular visit wen finish I was ask to pay my bill, we were charge $ 20.00 for my wife from Sept. and the same amount for me for Sept for Dec. we were charge $12.50 for my wife plus $2.00 for the visit and $ 2.00 for me, the rare thing is that they did not charge us the $20.00 on Dec. and we have the same insurance. when we left to not return we paid $32.50 -for my wife and $22.00 for me, same insurance same visit nothing extra. good luck.
Made a reservation, gave insurance information over the phone 3 days ago. Came today to be seen after sitting for 20 min i was called to be told I will be billed to my house and I can submit to insurance because it’s Presidents’ Day and insurance doesn’t work they can’t tell what I’m covered with or not. This could have been avoided 3 days ago or when I gave them my ID and insurance when I checked in.
This team of sport med are the best and professionals, started with Dhany, Gabriella Morgan, Brittany Lopez and the recepcionista Jennifer and others. Keep what you are doing to make patients to improve and fill always welcome there.

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and transparency from this office. I was clearly told upfront that everything was covered through my insurance. Based on that information, I moved forward with the services, trusting what I was told. Weeks later, I received an unexpected email stating I owed $508 for items I was previously assured were fully covered.
