The woman in the counter is rude and unprofessional.
Excellent services, trained doctor see you first time you go for check up and size of shoes and also after two weeks when your shoes come .. must for those people who walk daily like me. Though am 67 having excellent feet even doctor admitted but since i walk 5 miles daily it was essential to get the right inner sole .. besides one pair of shoes free on insurance you get the pair of inner soul too for your home shoes..
Yesterday me and my wife went for a regular visit wen finish I was ask to pay my bill, we were charge $ 20.00 for my wife from Sept. and the same amount for me for Sept for Dec. we were charge $12.50 for my wife plus $2.00 for the visit and $ 2.00 for me, the rare thing is that they did not charge us the $20.00 on Dec. and we have the same insurance. when we left to not return we paid $32.50 -for my wife and $22.00 for me, same insurance same visit nothing extra. good luck.
Made a reservation, gave insurance information over the phone 3 days ago. Came today to be seen after sitting for 20 min i was called to be told I will be billed to my house and I can submit to insurance because it’s Presidents’ Day and insurance doesn’t work they can’t tell what I’m covered with or not. This could have been avoided 3 days ago or when I gave them my ID and insurance when I checked in.
