Do not ever order orthotics from this office! I ordered custom orthotics on August 8, 2024 and paid 1/2 of the cost in advance. Today is November 29, 2024 and I still have not received them. I have called the office a number of times and have been told that I can't get my money back because the order went to the company that makes them. First I was told they would be done in a couple weeks then I was told it might be 6-8 weeks. I have left messages twice for the office manager and she has not called me back.
