I went for a evaluation earlier this year for a wart on my foot. He treated it and put some prescription strength cream on it. Told me to put vitamin e on it and come back if it did not go away. Later called and wanted to have it cut out because nothing happened and its been there for years. They scheduled the removal and then called and canceled and said they needed preauthorization in which my insurance does not need. I don't think you can find a more caring doctor than Dr. Kostylo. He was very attentive, and has not stopped trying to figure out what is going on with my ankle pain. He doesn't do anything unnecessary. Although he did not accept assignment of insurance, they only charged me what they knew the insurance would reimburse me for. They took care of all the paperwork and I had my reimbursement checks in less than a month from Medicare & Blue Cross. I can't say enough about how caring her is.
