Outpatient surgery locations include: Saint Joseph Hospital in Warren, Ohio, Canfield Surgery Center in Canfield, Ohio and Edgewood Surgery Center in Transfer,PA. We are enrolled in custom orthotics and the Medicare Diabetic shoe program. Service includes surgery of the foot and ankle and diabetic lower extremity evaluation. All conditions of the foot and ankle/leg are welcome. We accept 2nd surgery opinions.

Completely loved my visit. Staff was very nice, professional and understanding. Very thoroughly and got to the point wanting to get to the root of my pain. The complete opposite of my last podiatrist, thank you for renewing my faith.
A very professional and pleasant experience. Dr. Chuba and Frangiamore are both competent and Friendly. My wife passed away a few years ago due to diabetes. Dr. Chuba was called in St. Joseph hospital and performed emergency surgery on her foot for an infection. He saved her foot and her life. She lived for another 8 years.
