Walked in last week with a serious ulcer. The ulcer treatment foot care I got in Brooklyn, NY was on point. They even used hyperbaric oxygen therapy, which I hadn’t heard of before but it helped a lot.
Was referred here for Charcot foot treatment after my neuropathy got worse. They were thorough in explaining the risks and the options, including ankle reconstruction and tendon transfer surgery. The whole process took some time, but the focus on gangrene prevention and amputation prevention made it clear they know their stuff.
Had a nasty infection that turned into osteomyelitis treatment territory and was worried about the worst. Luckily, they were quick to recommend negative pressure wound therapy and a skin graft foot procedure that really turned things around. Walking feels a lot better now, and I’m glad I didn’t wait longer.
