I attempted to contact the office on 9/15/10 to see if the clinic would be accepting new patients. We recently moved here from out of state and I was looking for a good pediatric clinic for my 2 children. I was greeted by a recording only and was then placed on hold for over 5 min. with no live person coming to the phone. I decided to hang at that time and call a different office. Dr.Pocsik is the best ever! I took my children to her when they were babies and I just picked her at random. I tell you God was in the plan because she turned out to be truly wonderful. Ive recommended her to my friends and now I have my first grand baby. My son who was her patient immediately wants her to be his daughters pedi. Both of my children were in High School and still wanted to see her. I believe they were like 18 before they started seeing a family practitioner. SHE IS THE BEST IN CLEAR LAKE!!!!!
This lady is a class act. Dr. Pocsick is a gift from God for all little ones. None better.
Dr. Pocsik has been our pediatrician since the birth of my son almost 10 years ago. She serves both my son and my daughter. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Pocsik. She is very thorough. She is also very involved in the care of her patients. When she says shes going to call, she does just that - not a nurse, but Dr. Pocsik herself. I have seen other doctors in the practice and been disappointed by the lack of concern some seem to exhibit. Doctor Pocsik is amazing. She has been my doctor since I was about 3 and now I am almost 17. When I was little I was very sick, and all the doctors I went to said either 'oh its nothing' or that I had leprosy. When I went to Doctor Pocsik however she got very active in attempting to diagnose me. She called specialists and got me into every place she possibly could. Dr. Pocsik is totally awesome. She has been my childrens dr. for almost 14 yrs. I have a special son and she has taken care of him wonderfully, sent us to specialist and fought the insurance co. for us. Enough cannot be said about her. My kids love her. I have an 18 yr old that still insist on seeing her. If you have a chance get her for your kids dr.
Dr. Pocsik is such a smart, sweet, caring woman! I have taken my 3 kids there since my first daughter was born 7 years ago, and wouldnt go to anyone else. She listens to my concerns, and explains everything with great detail. Love her!!
I cannot say enough about Dr. Pocsik. She has saved my sanity more than once. When I was a paranoid first time parent calling her everyday she never once was frustrated with me. She always managed to calm me down and make me feel like I was the most knowledgably parent (even though I had no idea what I was doing). When my 2nd child came I would not even consider anyone else.
