Towed my vehicle from 150 Main St E, Grimsby without any warning. I had to pay $339 to get my vehicle released from the towing company's yard. A warning would have been appreciated before going ahead towing the vehicle and ruining my day. Edit: I received no notice as mentioned in the reply below. As a mortgage broker, I recently ordered an appraisal from this company. I was disappointed when they refused to provide a copy to the ordering broker. It's essential to be aware of this policy before choosing this company for your appraisal needs. Edit: Any mortgage agent/broker would attest that appraisal companies following the same practice provisions provide either a broker's draft copy or a copy of the final report. I did not bother asking for the lender to release the report because it wasn't necessary in this case.
