Highly recommend Eriny, the hygienist She is professional and so patient
Posting about a rough experience I had with Alexa few months ago as I was scared to mention it earlier. When I explained her why I couldn’t have a cleaning for 2 years & now my gums bleed in some areas (no insurance & financial issues), her response “Ewww, that’s so disgusting!” made me feel judged, unheard & nervous than before.
I am satisfied with my dental visit today. When I walked into the clinic, Jordan gave a welcoming smile even though he was serving a client. He promptly served me when he was done with the client before me. The other receptionist gave a lot of information and I was more prepared as I am new to the clinic. The hygienist was gentle with the probing and dental cleaning and I would like her to follow-up on my next dental cleaning.
Nothing to complain, always pleasant from receptionists to hygienists to the dentists! Been going to this clinic 12 yrs now!
