The team at Poco Smiles always makes me feel welcome and at ease for my visits! I’m truly appalled by the below review from Mr. Matthew Rafael. Imagine being late to an appointment and having the audacity to body shame the staff to cover your wrongdoings. Understandably the interaction mentioned was less than ideal and I obviously cannot attest to the conversation, but to supposedly be a “personal trainer” and have such a lack of body positivity and compassion towards another human being is outrageous.
