Horribly unprofessional workers top off, already over priced housing. Its clear that they just buy, 1 step from condemned homes, and then try to flip them for double. Cookie literally told my girlfriend at time of dealing w them that *the homes yours if you want it*. Then, apparently, after my gf refused to meet them at THEIR home, and said she felt more comfortable doing so elsewhere... they simply quit responding for weeks and then out of blue said *the apartments are both rented out*... soo either incompetance or negligan... read more
Zero stars if I could. Avoid! Take your moneuly else where! Excuses and no accountability or resolutions but expect money right away. Forget anyone ever in office to answer calls about problems or anything. I do not recommend and infact am looking into filing a suit.
This real estate agency represented the seller for the house we just purchased. BEWARE! THEY ARE LIARS! The items in the house that were supposed to be completed before closing were not done! They lied and said they were completed. Electrical outlets not repaired, dishwasher not working and unanswered questions about the septic system and so on.
