Pocono Whitewater is the premier whitewater rafting company in the Pocono Mountains. Come raft on the scenic Lehigh River with us and experience a day full of adventure, laughing, and splashing. We have three different trips to suit your adventure level. All are great for beginners! We have specialty trips that include biking, hiking, and paintball! Trips daily! Not into rafting? We also do Biking and Paintball.

Our family of 5 (dad, mom, and kids 13, 11 and 8) had a perfect whitewater rafting experience. The guides were fun and friendly (thanks, Cory!) and gave us simple and clear instructions to navigate the river. They also had some great stories about the river and the area. Everyone at Pocono Whitewater was professional and kind. It’s obvious they know what they’re doing. We had a blast!
My friend and I did Big Day Out this weekend and what a blast it was! Rusty and Hugo were our guides and provided a great day of biking, hiking, and rafting. The entire staff was courteous and professional and made the whole day, including time and meals at the whitewater center, a very enjoyable experience. We are already planning our next trip. Thank you guys!
A very unorganized operation. Not much is covered in the 10 minute briefing before departing. Why there’s only 4-5 guides per 100 guests I’ll never understand especially on dam release days. Unfortunately a gentleman died on the tour before us. Helmets should be a requirement I don’t care what the law says. You won’t see any guides without a helmet but the company just lets their customers board without them. We went white water rafting on Saturday August 31, 2018 at the 10:45 session. We had a great time, it was a very intense adventure that we were not expecting. The staff was fun and informative. In specific Kevin Bowser was AMAZING. He saved my life when I fell out of the raft in the middle of a rapid, and I will forever be grateful for all he did for me and the group of people we were with, how he calmed our anxieties and helped us get through the day in the rapids that had started off in a very anxious way.
