RecommendedRented the Caribou Cottage FROM Sally Ladd for 10 days and all I can say is exceptional!! The house was Top notch and super clean!!!!! Had all the essentials and The location was awesome !!! Right by the beach !! Sally was awesome to work with and I will be booking with her again for sure!!

We stayed at the serenity cottage in the arrowhead lake community with a 3 month old and 2 yo. The house was perfect for us, very clean and just the right amount of space. Just a two minute walk to beach #2 which had plenty of shade for the baby and perfect for toddler with playground clean sand and water not too deep. The owner was very responsive during the booking process and we had no issues during our stay. I will definitely consider this property if we return to this area! Recommend!

This is my second time staying at a cottage owned by Sally (Serenity Cottage to be exact). It was a beautiful home and very cozy. As always, Sally has the best customer service. She is very attentive and helpful and her homes are filled with notes on how to use and do certain things. I was originally unaware that she had another cottage when I was looking for a Poconos getaway but when I found out, it was a no brainer of a choice. THEY KEEP PART OF YOUR DEPOSIT JUST FOUR DAYS AFTER BOOKING. HIGHWAY ROBERY!!!! THEIVES! VERY DISATISIFIED WITH THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES WHEN BUSINESS DOESN'T GO THEIR WAY!!! IF I BOOKED ANOTHER HOUSE IT WOULD HAVE BEEN JUST FINE!
Great house and very attentive property manager. Huge deck and hot tub were awesome and the fire pit was very nice. Would definitely stay here again.
