I was pleasantly surprised when I needed an ambulance and they arrived in 15 minutes. They took great care of me during my transport.
I had a carbon monoxide leak in my house yesterday and when Lenny and his partner John (I think that was his name, sorry it was a hectic time) arrived they were hands down amazing. They evaluated my 3 year old son who is usually shy and noncooperative. They had him giving them high fives and laughing and explaining that the cuff was just giving him a hug and the oximeter was biting his finger lol. I can’t thank them enough for being fantastic.
