We purchased a house and she was the realtor and between her and the owner. They hid all kinds of stuff. So when we did move in thinking that it was already the house was all screwed up. We had to put sixty four thousand dollars into the house to fix it up. I guess it was sucks to be you. The mini splits were wired with audio wire and not electrical wire.
