Terrible customer services; months of billing problems with them and they continue to mispost and send bills. Tons of calls with their customer service finance folks and they are rude and unresponsive. They don't care if you leave LVHN and go to another place.... stay away, I think they should be investigaged for overbilling

Had gone in for allergies, no other symptoms of covid besides congestion and sneezing and sneezing isn't even a symptom of covid, they pretty much told me they couldn't help me unless I took a test which is absolutely ridiculous "yeah we can't do anything for you unless you take this test". Was told my results would be in within 24 hours I downloaded the app, still haven't gotten anything but I called and they told me it would take 7 to 10 days, constantly having the run around with these people, constantly getting bills say... read more

Worst medi care anywhere. Went in with tooth ache because of cavity during COVID. Was told I needed to go to the hospital immediately. I’m fine now with the antibiotics but they told me to pay $84 total or it would be slightly over $100 if they billed me. I paid in full at the time. They then billed me an additional $105. I have never paid $200 for a doctor visit for antibiotics in my life. They then tried to tell me the office is an estimate. LOL. I have a video of the receptionist telling me the full charge was $84. What stupid shit they put in place to keep us from our loved ones during covid. They gave my wife a test in the hospital for covid and now they don't let me in to see her because the results haven't come back yet. 😡😡 I told them we were swapping spit the night before and if she is positive then I am already infected, therefore that rule doesn't make sense. Recently saw this neurologist for a very brief 1st visit. Did not fully review my history nor listen to me. As result has changed my health records with his opinion contrary to three other specialists. Very upsetting and nothing I can do about it.

Good bye. You're going to be missed. I am sorry LVHN sucked the life out of you. We left when you did. Maybe now try to enjoy yourself and just know you made a difference in thousands of lives. On April 10, 2019, Dr. Christopher A. Lycette, a Neurosurgeon with Lehigh Valley Health Network performed my Spinal Fusion surgery, fusing the L5 and S1 vertebras. They charged us over $2000 for just treating a small blister on my baby's feet, which is soooo ridiculous! Will never never come again!!!
