The staff in the ER is a hit or miss, there is a lack of communication between them all in the different departments that should be coordinating with each other. They act as if you are a burden to them and are worried more about there socializing with one another then the patients needs. I can't wait till they finish building st Lukes hospital as I have had too many poor experiences at PMC.
Wouldnt take my dog there, you could die before they get you in to see a doctor. Say there in pain for 3 hours
Highly recommended due to excellent service. I've had to come to PMC Emergency Room twice in the past month and several more times in the past calendar year. My daughter has extremem allergies and asthma. As soon as I arrived the nurses immediately took my daughter to a room and within fifteen minutes a doctor came in and explained a diagnoses. 3 hours later at 7 a.m. her primary doctor was there informing us of her plan!
