A friend of mine lost a part of their family and the staff at this animal hospital couldn’t take the time out of their “busy day” to fulfill a small request that would’ve taken no more than a few seconds. I can’t believe the lack of compassion they had for someone who entrusted them with final care of their family pet. Would never recommend.
I'm no expert, but the way the front office staff treated my friends, which was rudely and condescendingly, when they tried to pick up the belongings of their recently deceased pet, is not the way to deal with grieving families. Just saying.
Doctor Miller is a great doctor the problem is is is office manager doesn't care about the animal she takes care of blames everyone for her mistakes.
Took my dog to be neutered & he was sent home covered in blood they never cleaned him up
RecommendedMy dog Belle and I had an amazing experience at Pocono Lake Animal Hospital. We were on vacation when she tore her Everyone was so kind and caring towards her ( this included both staff and clients in the waiting room). She is typically a high anxiety dog when she goes to the vet back home, but here she laid down on the floor and waited her turn. The surgery seemed to be a success. Thank you!!
Dr.Miller did a great job with my beagle yesterday.very to the point and professional,he will definitely be my new vet from here on out.
