i lost heat in october, a service man by the name of Tom from pocono heating & a/c came in, tested the heating unit and said i need to put in a "new heating unit. "this one is shot!" he said. "it looks like it was never serviced," he added. i found this a little strange because the unit was only five years old and it was just serviced 6 months before it broke down. it was serviced by pocono heating and a/c by Dulcane.
