I cannot adequately express my most heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Negvesky and his team for the EXCELLENT care they provided me when I had cataract surgery, in both eyes. The ladies at the check-in desk, the nurses & other staff who saw me, and of course The Good Doctor, were thorough, professional, and (important to me) compassionate. I was sent to Pocono Eye by the VA. I want to thank you all for helping me in less then one month while it took the VA 11 months failed to do. Everyone from the front desk, check out, Billing Dept., all the people doing the testing on my and the doctor. Everyone was so professional, courteous, and friendly. I am sorry I couldn't remember any of the tech people but I do remember a young man named Lance. He was one of the best. Thank you all.
While the doctor I was seeing DR Willis was a good doctor the customer service is horrible. Every time I went I had a 2 to 3 hour wait even just to check the pressure in my eyes. Some of the office staff especially a woman named Debbie are horrible. Got bills for payment beyond my co pay on several occasions and when I question because it's non on my EOB i am told to take it up with my insurance.
