This was our first time leaving Lola anywhere that wasn't home. We are all so happy with the overall quality and service. From the moment we dropped her off, they made it easier for us humans to get thru our vacation knowing Lola will be ok. They returned my emails immediately, any time I inquired about Lola. Our vacation was better knowing Lola was in great hands. Pocono bed and biscuits will be our only choice in the future.
I have been taking my dogs to Bed and Biscuit for 2 years now and my dogs always are well looked after. I have recommended B and B to many of my friends who are equally happy with the care their dogs receive.
Our Sheltie Sadie is very shy, the attention and care given to Sadie was outstanding.....the entire staff were a pleasure to meet. We were given a tour upon our arrival and we appreciated the chance to see the facility. We left Sadie for three days when we visited with friends, this was our first experience with Beds and Biscuits and were very happy with the care given Sadie.... Thanks to all... Dave and Linda
I brought my dog, Tucker, to Pocono Bed and Biscuits in June when I went to the Poconos for my cousin's wedding. It was the first time I left him anywhere overnight. They made me feel at ease the moment I walked into the door and dropped him off to the time I picked him up. They were more than accommodating with our pick up time that needed to be changed the day before. Since we are from the beach, they put him in a beach themed room! Tried this place for the first time since we've had the dogs (of five years) and it was FANTASTIC. They were beyond accommodating and reassured us with emails that were answered within a half hour whenever I emailed to see how the dogs were. It's an adorable set up -- little 'hotel rooms' for each dog and our dogs came home happy and CLEAN! The place itself was very clean -- and that was a PLUS as it's not always the case! Thank you PBB, you're the best.
I love this Place! I really enjoy coming to daycare to ease my stress away with the company of my doggy friends. Nancy is amazing! I love her homemade treats! So delicious! When I stay here overnight I never feel alone because of the love the staff has for me! Thank you Pocono Bed & Biscuits!
Nancy & her staff are simply fabulous! My pups are always well taken care of. They are great about providing individual care for each pup. Highly recommended. My pups have gone several times and I am at complete ease leaving them even when I had to travel internationally. Thanks Nancy & staff for treating my pups like your own!
Last year when we boarded our dog was a 10 star hotel. This year new staff, they expanded, double the dogs and lost their best full time worker. Got my dog back yesterday and I was not happy. Never again!
