There was some confusion about being over charged that took a while to get back. Alot of confusion but the people have been cool. I dont love that the payment is going up like $40 sum dollars next month.
Really understanding staff
It’s very convenient and the people are so nice and friendly.
I love storage wise. It is so clean. There's no trash anywhen I was trying to get online. To rent a storage unit. I had to call to get help and I talk to a wonderful woman named Gloria. She was so sweet so kind and helpful. She had the patience of a saint. It took us almost an hour to get me set up. We kept running into problems but I loved working with her on the phone, She is an amazing woman.like i said very patient Very kind, very helpful.Just a pleasure
I have been a patron of Storage Wise for over 8 years. It is excellent. It is well maintained and the customer service is wonderful. I highly recommend!
