Met with Dr.Jason Naidu at Poco Vision Care Optometry. Eye testing went well. I found out I had an eye issue that I need to daily take care of. If I hadn’t gone in, I wouldn’t have found out the issue. Great overall experience, also great staff. I highly recommend Poco Vision Care Optometry.
The front of house staff have excellent customer service skills, are knowledgeable and make you feel welcome. I give the highest of praises to Ben who went above and beyond and helped me sort out my glasses after multiple visits and found the right prescription and had them ready within days. I unfortunately can not say the same for the actual optometrist that messed up my prescription not once but twice (severely) .
