We were thrilled with the work POCO did for us. They installed an 18 panel solar system on our rather steep roof in Los Gatos. Great attention to detail and they were most willing to explain everything as we went along. I would recommend this family business to anyone thinking about “going solar” as they have been installing these systems since 1984.
The product, service and support are very good. We've had a few issues with product failing and they responded very quickly and fixing it to our satisfaction. Our system paid itself off within 5 years. Very pleased with the Return on Investment.
What can I say? No buyer's remorse. Very happy with the system they installed and the exemplary service they provide. Two enthusiastic thumbs up.
