Dear Poco, My girlfriend, for some reason, decided to send her son to your establishment...and against my better judgment, I kept my mouth shut. I thought maybe things had changed in the 20 something years since I have set foot in your building. Obviously, this has not happened. I could understand charging a little extra to keep a business afloat during times like we are going through, but there is no justification for highway robbery or taking advantage of naive young kids. I recently had an oil leak. Poco had me bring it in numerous times to make sure they had taken care of it completely, and I never felt like a bother. They are thorough, considerate, and professional.
Thank you to Poco Auto&Tires Today they saved me for a second time. Walked out of Night shift and found a screw in my tire.AGAIN! The first time they even picked me up at my work place, no extra charge. And both times they fixed my tire right away, so I could drive home and sleep.The customer service of this place is outstanding. Highly recommend it.
I found POCO AUTO to be one of the BEST shop's I've dealt with. Had a Brake problem, got in quickly, they found problem, replaced what was necessary, and went the extra Mile to locate and repair another problem I would soon have.
