Grrat service. Easy process
*** update edit **** It has now been 14 days since I was charged $2100.00 incorrectly. Only after posting my original review below a customer service manager reached out and offered to assist, all my previous calls and emails were ignored. Absolutely nothing has come from it. I am still owed $1600.00. Pill pocket cane and picked up the extra injections they had delivered incorrectly in a very timely manner - after asking me to keep them refrigerated. My review from last year seems to have been deleted? Is that how you keep your “high ratings”? The service I received through pocket pills was among the worst customer service I’ve ever received. If you need to have your stimulant delivered and also work (not from home), good luck. After spending hours on the phone with customer service and months of bad shipment/delivery/pick up experiences, I was defeated and chose to go back to my local pharmacy. I only used pocket pills because my benefits covered more of the cost.
***update 4*** they refused to remove my private information. My doctor is fully recommending I get a lawyer and he now has notes at his office entrance displaying to never order from pocketpills ***update 3*** this pharmacy is incompetent to the point of Malpractice. My employer recently changed our medical coverage, and Pocketpills was recommended as we'd receive an additional 10% coverage for prescriptions. I signed up and requested my existing prescriptions be transferred from London Drugs. With no prior notification, I received a text message saying my order was waiting to be shipped, and I needed to pay an exorbitant amount.
