Everything is good until it goes horrible! Used them for about 6 months and they were so good in the beginning, but now they've closed the center in NS and transferred us to ON and they did not deliver an order on time and cancelled the order without any explanations. My father left without medication and they are not answering the phone!
I only received needles not the actual medication and cant connect with customer service at all please reply email or resolve the issue asap
This review is specifically for a delivery experience I had yesterday with David Poon. The concierge in my building refused the package and David texted me to advise of the situation and went above and beyond to redeliver the package later in the day. Most delivery people couldn't care less and if they can't deliver will just leave and sometimes outright lie that they tried to deliver (?amazon). Thank you David - you are an asset to the company. Would give zero stars if I could. Closing pharmacies with no warning and making customers wait for prescriptions to be filled is not acceptable. Customer service is non-existent and AI based. Would never recommend to anyone, unless you want to be without crucial medications for an extended period of time.
They clearly spend more money on advertising and promotion than on hiring and training staff, and ensuring their systems work. Their recordings, while you wait on hold for a VERY long time, tell you repeatedly how they will make your life easier, or try to sell you weight loss drugs that of course make them a lot of money. In reality they have screwed up my prescriptions repeatedly, and left me without critical medications numerous times.
