I have been using Pocketpills for nearly a year with no issues. Suddenly, the experience has become difficult and atrocious. After going through the steps to do a reassessment (May 28) and paying the monthly fee of $50, I did not see any actions or renewal of my prescription. I reached day 5 and contacted them through multiple channels with no response. Finally, I received an email saying I needed to do a reassessment (June 4) which would then require another $50. I have used pocketpills for about 5 years now, mostly with good experiences. However, a recent experience is the reason for this poor review. The latest medication refill they sent has a terrible smell upon opening the container. I immediately contacted pocketpills. Not only did they take days to respond, their response was "contacted manufacturer and will update", but there was no actual solution provided to me for medications that I take daily. They need a better tracking system for delivery. All you get is a text message saying your prescription is expected today. Then it's not delivered. Then the same text the next day. You shouldn't have to cancel plans because they have an unreliable delivery system and you never know when they'll show up. I've had to go find my phone because I'm in bed because they still deliver at 10 pm and have called them right back after I've had to get out of bed to find my phone to say to ring the buzzer again and have them tell me they ... read more
