It takes more than a week to even get some human to respond to you. Its a closed loop of AI chatbot -> Ai customer care -> an hour of waiting lobby music -> call unanswered. Even to change the prescription away to another pharmacy, they didn’t respond to the pharmacist’s call or fax. I believe paying a premium should come with convenience, and this has literally become more of a headache than getting an ADHD diagnosis and prescription. Great service, the doctor was very helpful with getting my prescription filled.
False representation. Charges over $100 MORE than the price they tell you (until they have created a prescription for greater cost at which time they will not refund the $30 charged for their couple of minutes time spent letting you down.) Very disappointed in the way this is handled. Complete waste of $30 that I should have used much more wisely.
Had an order that was two days late, reached out to pocket pills and they did end up resolving the issue, so I do want to thank pocket pills for responding and fixing the issue I had. Appreciate it!!
