Terrible Pharmacy! I used them before because I was looking for a pharmacy in Edmonton that have minimal wait-time and fast delivery I've switched from Shoppers Drug Mart to Pocketpills and honestly this pharmacy is just terrible at getting things together. One of my medication that I have transferred from Shoppers Drug Mart was refilled by NP Rayleen Swansen on 05/12/2025 on behalf of my family doctor simply because my family doctor doesn't pre-authorize the refill request faxed to my doctor office.
