When I’d go to a pharmacy in person, prescription(s) were processed within a half hour window, where Pocketpills processing times are usually now 5+ business days before Canada Post gets it and they take 3+ days to deliver from Surrey to Burnaby. Pocketpills also sends automated text messages saying my doctor has sent them my prescriptions and they’ll be processed when that actually hadn’t happened at all. ***update 3*** this pharmacy is incompetent to the point of Malpractice.
