They sold me a sick puppy – I easily fell in love with a tiny puppy at this store was thrilled to be able to take it home. We were given a long orientation on the risks of hypoglycemia and the steps to take if the dog is not eating. We followed their recommendations and our puppy still died 3 days later. The owner tried to blame us, but the results of a necropsy indicated that our puppy had congenital defects. The entire experience was traumatizing. Love My Shih-Tzu – I was very impressed with my Shih-Tzu purchased at Pocket Puppies. She is now 1 year old and is so super friendly-the most wonderful personality. She's so smart she goes on a wee wee pad! The staff was very helpful and explained tricks to get her to go on the pad so it was alot eaiser pad training her. In the future, when I look for a companion for my puppy I will get it from Pocket Puppies.
Great Puppies – If you need a puppy fix, this is the place is awesome. Their website has fairly up to date pictures of their pets, so you can sorta know what to expect before you roll out. I spent about 20 minutes playing with an adorable havanese. The staff seems to really care about their animals, who all seem happy and healthy. When the time comes, I'll most likely get a pet from a shelter, but were I in the market for a name-brand, breed dog, this place would be my first stop.
Cutest Puppies! – I love this place. I've bought 2 Maltese from them. 1 for my sister, 1 for myself. The ladies were very knowledgable about puppies. My little Rasta is 4lbs and they were very concerned about him eating before they sold him to me. I had to weight 2 weeks before they let me take him home. I love going to the shop. I recommend this shop 100%.
This is THE BEST pet store to purchase your new puppy. I bought my first dog there this past summer and I have never been so happy or loved something so much. She not only makes me happy and looks really cute but she also makes everyone else happy and my parents always want to puppy-sit her!!! It is also a very clean store, the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable and the puppie are very well taken care of.
