Excellent advice and customer service. It is refreshing to be able to consult actual nurses when enquiring for a product. Don't let potential cheaper competitors influence your purchase, you will not get a better (an knowledgeable) customer service nowhere else on the simulation market!
Okay, I used to really love this company, but the new website it a DISASTER!! The previous one was perfect. Now, you search for something and it takes three search pages just to find what you were looking for. It's like trying to find something in a hoarders house. You can't change addresses in it when ordering. They keep dumping my credit card info when I order online, and my card got hacked. Someone in PA used my card to go shopping at Macy's. Plus, they are no longer carrying a lot of the things that I need individually. ... read more
Have ordered from PN for several years. Had excellent service when I was at a school in IA. Now working in Chicago area. Recently ordered Blood Admin. set. It came damaged; one bag had burst--quite a mess. I received prompt attention and a completely new set is being shipped
