If I could give 0 stars I would! This is by far the worst company I have ever seen. We just moved here and had someone come out and look at our washer because it’s brand new and was making a very loud noise. Brad (who conveniently is also the owner) is the one who showed up to diagnose the problem. He didn’t wait to even hear the noise it was making and was actually pretty rude.
