The pocatello va clinic always amazes me. An appointment or a drop in for a small problem, they get me in and take care of it. ( it’s usually hearing aide related but not always).
Absolutely terrible hold time and experience. If you're going to have horrible hold times, please, please offer a callback. The VA is so far behind in so many regards. They're so inconvenient compared to dealing with any other healthcare organizations.
Great care for veterans with professional service.
It is a mixed there are some great staff that will work to get you the help you need and there are horrible staff that don't care and are clearly just their to get paid. I suffered a neck injury in the Army and when I asked to get physical therapy for it one of the Primary Care providers told me that "where not going to give you opioids if that what you here for" I was pretty insulated, the VA refused to change my provider for a year so I was suck with a provider that thought any appointment I made was to get opioids, even t... read more
We always have to wait a bit to get in. The staff was nice and helpful. Everything went smoothly and quickly once we got in.
