Traveled here for an eye exam. I checked in at the front desk but somehow it was lost in the system but no worries. The optometrist saw me soon enough.
The staff is friendly the lady at the front desk Hanna almost knows the names of all the veterans before they check in. The man who draws the labs hits my hidden vain with ease and no pain.
The pocatello va clinic always amazes me. An appointment or a drop in for a small problem, they get me in and take care of it. ( it’s usually hearing aide related but not always).
Absolutely terrible hold time and experience. If you're going to have horrible hold times, please, please offer a callback. The VA is so far behind in so many regards. They're so inconvenient compared to dealing with any other healthcare organizations.
