Only took a client here, but the place was great.
Probably not the worst clinic out there but not good. Experienced a severe problem with a medical provider and they were zero help in dealing with it. Refused to tell me how to file a complaint against that person and would not tell me who was in charge of that person. Refused to help me switch providers after the problem. Wouldn't even tell me what other providers are available at that clinic or how to get telehealth set up with someone else. Traveled here for an eye exam. I checked in at the front desk but somehow it was lost in the system but no worries. The optometrist saw me soon enough.
The staff is friendly the lady at the front desk Hanna almost knows the names of all the veterans before they check in. The man who draws the labs hits my hidden vain with ease and no pain.
The pocatello va clinic always amazes me. An appointment or a drop in for a small problem, they get me in and take care of it. ( it’s usually hearing aide related but not always).
