When Dr. Flandro was running this place it was organized and you knew what was going on. The receptionists there now don't know what each other is doing. They make appointments they when we go into the appointment no one is there. I was told the appointment couldn't have been made because they cancelled all of them for that day. I was looking at the appointment cards with the date on it. The only thing we were told was sorry, there must have been a miscommunications, which can happen, but this isn't the first time.
