New Way Ford in Pocahontas is a great place for the purchase and service of your Ford! I have had nothing but great experiences with them.
Buyer beware!!!! They will illegally fix your car without your permission and then send you a big fat bill in the mail!!!!! SUCH A JOKE!!!!!!!! Good thing everything can be reported into Ford!
I did an online search and got a response right away. I worked with Travis on purchasing a work van. He answered all my questions honestly and to the point. He even followed up with me. Great job Travis
Staff is friendly but low balled me on a service estimate by $125 on top of being hit with a 3.5% $30+ fee for paying with a debit card. Also left dirty boot prints on the carpet floor mat. I'll be going back to Don Pierson Ford from now on. No estimate surpises, hidden fees or post service clean up needed there.
