No pressure sales and very helpful. Straight to the point and always a very fast response.
Staff is friendly but low balled me on a service estimate by $125 on top of being hit with a 3% $30 fee for paying with a debit card. Also left dirty boot prints on the carpet floor mat. I'll be going back to Don Pierson Ford from now on. No estimate surpises, hidden fees or post service clean up needed there.
Staff always friendly, helpful, and superior service. Amy helped schedule my next appointment for tires and provided options and advice. She even offered pick up service of my vehicle even though we live in another town. Service techs/ mechanics always complete job in timely manner and top quality service. My daughter bought vehicle with Nates help last year. She drives back from DSM for all service and repair work.
