We went on a very slow day. The food was fresh and the gumbo was actually good. It did seem just assembled and not a long merging of flavors. The burger was good but a bit over the top for my taste. I had the blue cheese burger and they had some kind of sweet almost jam on it which is not my thing. With out that sweetness it would be much better for my taste. We had a group of twelve, they were very accommodating and moved a few tables together for us. Our waitress was very friendly and very attentive, refilling drinks without even being asked. All our food all came out together for everyone at our table. I had the seafood platter which consisted of fried catfish, fried shrimp and french fries. The catfish fries are some of the best I've ever eaten. The regular catfish is also amazing. Calamari is good. Shrimp is better. The servers are good. But the bartenders suck. The beignets are too die for. Amazingly Good! Gumbo Trash.

Service was nice and friendly. Jambalaya was fantastic! Worth coming back for. Gumbo was spicy and delicious! Definitely not for the weak of spice. Great amount of veggies for the amount of meat as well in both. Sauce was perfectly thick. Not your average bar food! Nicely decorated Cajun theme. I’d bring the family back for more!
