Got there just before the Saturday rush, but our server Katie was on top of things! The gator bites were a good start, and while my husband liked his shrimp po'boy, my root beer bbq sandwich was a taste that toook some getting used to. The drinks and desserts were delicious and were a great way to end the meal. Server Katie was attentive, speedy, and polite. We will definitely be back to try more of the extensive menu!
Ordered take out late on a Friday- food was prepared quickly and it was delicious. Love the feel of the dining area and look forward to returning to enjoy the atmosphere. We enjoyed and recommend the gumbo & the bacon/jam burger.
We had a hankering from food from New Orleans since we went last fall. It was very good.
It was my coworker's and I first time trying this place. I was excited to try due to the menu. Would have given three stars,but have 2/2.5. Why, waited about a little over 5 minutes before anyone greeted rather said anything to me. Looked at me a few times. First time trying this place so we wanted to try a few things. The deviled eggs were the best we ever had. Highly recommend to anyone to try them. The crab cakes were demolished within seconds, really good w that romalade sauce mixed w the pepper jam. Alligator was delicious, so was the shrimp and catfish. Our waitress was really sweet and did an amazing job even tho she said she was really new and was still learning Toast. Will deff be back.
