When your pay stubs for 3 months is $1,000, $1,300 and $1,600. That doesn’t average $1,800 a month. So now they want to evict me because I wanted to talk to the main office overseeing the program. Lady was upset due to last time she did this and I won. But she has been trying to evict me because I proved her wrong before. Watch out as the math they do is very inaccurate and determines your rent payment.
This place can't ever get it together!! The landlord has no clue as to what she is doing. The landlord picks & chooses who she wants to kick out. She would rather keep druggies living there. Multiple people living there with others not even on lease. They couldn't even hire a maintenance man for the longest time if that tells you much. Horrible place & I do not recommend living here with kids or in general.
